Best Holiday Destinations for January!

JANUARY is that time when i personally need a holiday more than anything else? I feel grumpy and have no interest to study. Of course it's still winter, And I don't want to get up early and go to college!

So here's one easy New Year's Resolution well, you could take: book a trip somewhere uplifting. It can be long-haul and life-changing, or small and beautiful enough to lift our mood till the trees start to green again.

Here are my 4 top picks of the best places to go on a holiday in January!

MYANMAR (BURMA)

Myanmar Old Bagan
I know a really weird place to chose for the month of January, But Myanmar or Burma is actually a place you need to be in January (Little Rains, Lots of Sun and a Nice kind of Warmth!)

From its pagodas and temples in the misty mountains, where the Himalayas begin, to it's blissful, never-knew-existed tropical islands, this place is a go-to for January...

THAILAND

Krabi, Thailand
Yes, I know it's peak season, but the mayhem of the Christmas and New Year parties are over; Bangkok is just about as pleasant as it's ever going to get, and the islands on the south-western, Andaman Coast are just lovely: Koh Phi Phi, Phuket, Koh Lanta.

Over on the east side, the islands of Koh Samui, Phangan and Tao are wetter - if you're heading here, best to wait a couple of months til March; but still, those monsoon-like rains blow in, pour themselves out, then an hour later everyone's back on the beach.

Thailand is heavenly in January.

SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA

San Jose, Costa Rica has fantastic weather all January. Yes, this is a time when backpackers head to here, especially during the first week of the month, but there are many areas from which to choose so the crowds will be spread out.

The beaches along the Pacific are better for surfing while the ones along the Caribbean are less crowded and better for relaxing and sunbathing. The center of the country is loaded with national parks plus active sights like zip-lining and canopy tours, and the Arenal Volcano is a huge draw in spite of its frequent cloud cover. If you are looking for a more traditional resort scene you should start your search in the Tamarindo area, which is in the northwestern part of the country.

GOA, INDIA

Nowhere else to go, I'd always prefer the incredibly popular Indian beach, GOA. Goa, is quite popular during the Christmas time and through January so its quite crowded.. Also since 2007, Goa holds the International Dance Music Festival named Sunburn on last days of December, so its heavily crowded through January.

That said, it’s still less crowded compared to any other sunshine destination in the world as long as you know where to go.

This is a large area and package hotels in some beach cities will actually show fairly expensive prices this time of year, but independent hotels not far away will still be very cheap.

Annoying Co-Passengers we encounter during a plane flight

There are typical visitors of cinemas, typical clients at NYC Barber Shop, and typical co-passengers during a plane flight. Find out what kinds of people you’re very likely to encounter high above the ground: 1. Sleeping beauty The second you decide to use the table, the neighbor in front of you decides to get some sleep, thus bringing your initial inclination to nought. If you need that tray table badly, then ask the sleeping beauty politely to move back. You will sound more convincing if you mention an important project you have to finish by tomorrow. 2. Aggressive kid There is nothing more annoying than an uncontrolled kid, who keeps screaming and yelling. If you’ve lost your patience, then you can ask the parents to calm their offspring down. Another way out is to ask flight attendants for help, who can entertain the kid with wi-fi and snacks. 3. Over-talkative person There are many ways to kill time during a lengthy plane flight – some people quietly l...
