How To Save Money When Going On Vacation?

Spend less money while traveling with these simple tips!

1. Book A Room For One Night

If you are planning on hopping places once in awhile, we suggest booking a room or a place in a hostel for one night only. This way you can look for better or cheaper options on the next day.

2. Rent An Apartment Or A Cabin

If you vacation is a rather long lasting one, we recommend renting a cabin or an apartment. It is often much cheaper than booking a hotel room. Of course, it will lack some of the commodities like room service and prepared meals, but it will also save you a ton of cash.

3. Eat In

Most people tend to eat out when they are traveling to the new location. We get it, you might want to try out the local cuisine or treat yourself to a nice meal. Unfortunately, it is as expensive as it is handy. Eating out is convenient, especially if you have a lot of diners, restaurants, and cafes nearby. However, it does not matter whether you are ordering a nice meal or a take-out, you are wasting a lot of money. Opt for buying groceries instead. It will be a lot healthier and much more budget-friendly.

4. Buy Necessities At Home

Purchase everything you might need at home, especially if you are going to a place with a lot of tourists. Unfortunately, the same things often tend to be more expensive there than they are in your local stores. Because of it, we suggest buying all of the grooming products, eye-wear, hats to protect your midtown haircut, and clothes before going on vacation.

Follow these recommendations if you want to save some cash while traveling!

Summer Travel 2017: Amritsar – A Divine Experience

19th May 2017: It was a Friday the start of a really long yet life changing journey for me. Started off from home at around 10:30 am. Had booked an Uber for the airport. Well, it was like 20 mins away from my home. But the excitement of starting the journey just made the wait easier. The first stop of your going-to-be-long trip was Amritsar. Amritsar, a historically rich city in the northwest of India founded by the fourth Sikh Guru, Guru Ram Das. Amritsar is since ages been a house to India’s holiest shrine and some really serene sights. So we boarded the flight from the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport at 1:10 PM. You may ask why I left at 10:30. Hey, I live in Mumbai the traffic can just make me miss my flight. It was a Vistara flight (UK-735). I’d really like to appreciate the service and food provided on the flight. You Go Vistara! Reaching Amritsar at around 3:40. As soon as I got down from my flight my first reaction was “Damn, It is HOT!”. It was like about ...
