Traveling the Americas: Chicago

If you can't choose which city you would like to go to when traveling the United States, here are several reasons why you should pick a home for 1920s gangsters – Chicago.

Situated in Illinois and also widely known as the Windy City, this town is an international finance, commerce, communications, and cultural center. First and foremost, it will be a fabulous choice for those, who enjoy arts and music. Swarming with visual arts lovers, Chicago can offer you an extensive range of museums and galleries to choose from. Art Institute of Chicago, Field Museum of Natural History, Adler Planetarium, and Chicago Water Tower are only some of the places you can decide to visit. Interested in watching animals? Buy a couple of tickets to the Shedd Aquarium, Lincoln Park Zoo, or Brookfield Zoo.

For those, who are interested in shopping venues, the Windy City gives you an opportunity to walk down the Navy Pier or Magnificent Mile! The Water Tower Place – an enormous mall at Magnificent Mile – is an amazing collection of shops and boutiques you can visit after a long day at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion or Chicago Riverwalk. There you can renew your wardrobe and purchase several souvenirs for your friends and family. Chicago is also a home to some of the best barbershops in the United States, whose professionals can compete even with the best barbers in NYC.

It does not actually matter what the reason behind your desire to visit Chicago was. Either way, you are bound to leave the Windy City with new experiences, stylish clothes, and a fashionable hairstyle!

Summer Travel 2017: Amritsar – A Divine Experience

19th May 2017: It was a Friday the start of a really long yet life changing journey for me. Started off from home at around 10:30 am. Had booked an Uber for the airport. Well, it was like 20 mins away from my home. But the excitement of starting the journey just made the wait easier. The first stop of your going-to-be-long trip was Amritsar. Amritsar is since ages been a house to India’s holiest shrine and some really serene sights. So we boarded the flight from the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport at 1:10 PM. You may ask why I left at 10:30. Hey, I live in Mumbai the traffic can just make me miss my flight. It was a Vistara flight (UK-735). I’d really like to appreciate the service and food provided on the flight. You Go Vistara! Reaching Amritsar at around 3:40. As soon as I got down from my flight my first reaction was “Damn, It is HOT!”. It was like about ...
